Moonstorm’s SMS application is built to manage SMS campaigns for user acquisition and user promotional offer messaging to support the Sales & Marketing efforts of our business development partners. Specifically, the application will be advertised via direct mail pieces sent to consumers’ homes and in in-store displays from our business partners. Each direct mail piece and in-store display will call out an advertiser’s offer and invite the consumer to respond to and capture that and other offers from that same advertiser via their mobile cell phone by texting into our SMS application

  • Consumers will receive two SMS return messages:
  • The 1st will present redirect instructions to Cellfire’s mobile application where the consumer will be able to see, clip, and redeem the mobile phone coupons sought from Joe’s Pizza

Process:

Opt-in Cellfire download process via Money Mailer Flyer

  • Consumers receive Money Mailer shared envelop via the USPS, with paper coupon from Joe’s Pizza
  • Consumer accepts call to action to get mobile coupons from Joe’s Pizza by sending PZZJOE01 to 686868
  • User receives two standard-rate SMS messages as follows (text will vary by carrier, but the text will point the user to where they can find Cellfire):

    Ongoing interaction for deal alerts:

  • During registration process, the user is offered a checkbox labeled “Get deal alerts via text message,” which is UNCHECKED by default.
  • User checks the checkbox.
  • User receives a standard-rate SMS confirmation message:
    • You have chosen to receive deal alerts from Cellfire.  Std/other charges apply.  To stop msgs, reply STOP
  • Cellfire can periodically send alerts (max 4/month) with the latest updates on promotional content such as:
  • Cellfire/MM Coupon Alert:  Joe’s Pizza Dinner special $29.99.  Open Cellfire & select ‘update coupons’ today.  To stop msgs, reply STOP

    • Opt-Out:

  • Consumers who choose to send STOP, END, QUIT, CANCEL or UNSUBSCRIBE to 686868 will be opted out from all SMS messages from Joe’s Pizza
  • User receives back standard rate SMS stating:
    • Cellfire/MM:  You will no longer receive messages from Cellfire and MM.
